I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was great, convenient to the famous attraction and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially the English-speaking one. The room had a beautiful mountain view and was spacious, equipped with a good coffee machine. The on-site hot spring was small but relaxing, with ample amenities provided. The food was delightful, both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, and the price was reasonable for an all-inclusive stay.

The onsen was fantastic and well-maintained. the hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the nearby attractions. the hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help make our stay more enjoyable. the location was very convenient for our business meetings and nearby transportation.

The lack of English signage and information made it difficult to navigate the hotel and surroundings. the limited restaurant options in the evening made it challenging to find dinner without prior planning.

The outdoor onsen was fantastic, with a great selection of skincare products provided for guests. The hotel is located close to famous steps, making it a convenient spot to start a day of exploring. The view from the room was breathtaking, with panoramic scenery that was simply unforgettable.

The massage wasn't up to par and there was no bar, making it difficult to socialize and unwind later in the evening. there were some language difficulties as little English was spoken, which may be a challenge for some guests.

The hotel has a good location, with beautiful views of the mountains and just a short walk to a popular tourist destination. the room is spacious and has a beautiful mountain view. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing prompt service. the breakfast is very enjoyable and provides a great start to the day.

The massage service is not very good.
